Manzano Mountain Review is an online New Mexico literary journal affiliated with UNM-Valencia.
Notes from the Editors:

This is our fourth issue of Little Wolf!

That doesn't seem like a lot, but five is half of ten, and ten is 1/100 of one thousand, so, well, you do the math.

This issue features Nallely Carmona's timely essay on the current presidential administration's threatened changes to DACA. In addition, we present poems by Caleb Daniel Ramsell, Valerie A. Thomas, and Larissa Hidalgo, plus a short essay by Erin Nagy.

This is our longest Little Wolf. Keep submitting. Keep reading. We couldn't do it without you!

Little Wolf continues to grow! This issue we have more submissions than we can publish, and we have one more issue forthcoming this semester. Please continue to submit your writing and artwork.

Please join us October 26 from 1:30-2:45 pm in the SCC for our annual Reading New Mexico event where we will hear the work from creative writers in the Valencia Campus community, as they discuss how New Mexico influences their art.

Finally, The Manzano Mountain Review’s very first issue debuts on November 1, 2017! We will be publishing a total of 18 New Mexican writers as well as many writers from all over the country. Look up the issue on our website:
